Restriction on Hazardous Substances

The so-called RoHS Directive of 27 January 2003 prohibits the use of specified substances in electronic and electrical equipment placed on the market from 1 July 2006 onwards.

The prohibited substances are lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chrome, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).

Envicas bvba can assist your company in setting up an RoHS Compliance Assurance System in line with the guidelines published by Orgalime.
