New premises With the EPB calculation the airtightness is automatically calculated on 12m³/m²h.

This is a very negative value which differs from reality.

If you have a test carried out, this value can be used in the EPB calculation and the E-level can drop easily, sometimes to 10 E-points. So you have all the advantages by carrying out such a test and obtain a better energy performance certificate.
